True Bake Experts provides custom baking services including wedding cakes, birthday cakes, pastries, artisanal breads, and catering services. All products are made to order and subject to availability.

Ordering and Payment

Orders must be placed in advance with required deposit. Full payment is due upon delivery or pickup. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Custom orders require 48-hour notice for cancellation. Wedding cakes and large orders require 7-day notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of production.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery is available within Houston metropolitan area for additional fee. Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery or pickup.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
